Parameters

layoutItem

The LayoutItem being span resized

layoutItems

An array of all the layout items in the layout

hash

A hashtable where the keys are the visible ILayoutItems and the values are the GridBagConstraint objects.

right

Whether items should be shifted to the right.

below

Whether items shoudl be shifted below.

belowFirst

Whether items should be positioned below as the first action.
